Poetry

First Kiss

Bubble gum bubble gum in a dish
Go back thru time with a dandelions wish
To a special place where worries were few
And a moment was shared between me and you.
We shared in laughter and childhood dreams
As our mouths became magnets or so it seemed
Drawn together to experience bliss
We weren’t quite sure how to handle this
Breath to breath and face to face
I can still remember the way you taste.
Nothing could erase the sweet memory
Of giving you that special piece of me.
